Contact Case’n Thingz immediately to resolve the problem. You can do that by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Item must be returned back to Case 'n Thingz within 15 days. Contact email@example.com to initiate a return. Include order number in subject line. Your email should include " I would like a refund". Once Case 'n Thingz respond to the email the refund process will begin. You must return the item in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and approved for a refund, your money will be refunded to original form of payment. After Case ’n Thingz issue a refund, please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund too.

Once your local delivery office deliver your package, it is then your responsibility to retrieve the package.
